Awful!
Awful!! It could not have been worse. I was diverted from the US Postal site unknowingly to Expresspassport. They CANNOT provide the services I needed because it had to be done in person. However, I did not get that information until I gave my CC information thinking it was for the US Post office. I immediately tried to cancel and requested to do so via email twice, tried calling ( no answer), and found no methods on their website. To this day , over two months later, no response from them to me. However, they are telling my CC company and BBB that I didn't use their appropriate cancelation form that they need to provide. They have never provided such a form so keeping my money for no service and no access to their form is a scam. I have all my documents and will go to court! So five days ago, I received a response with an apology and a claim they would out to me in another form. Five days... nothing...no email, no call, no snail mail.
