They're unhelpful
They're unhelpful, give generic answers, and refuse to resolve the issue without providing any specific information. I spoke with Christy X. and I don't recommend them. Im still waiting for my order that I put a month ago, they are not helpful and dont try to resolve any issues, they are ignoring all suggestions for solving the problem.
