UPDATE: Since posting this review my order has arrived. I would suggest that you don't sell stuff if you don't have it in stock and that you fulfil orders in the order in which you take them Mr Pets, You seem to be refusing to honour my order made 15 days ago. You took payment on the day of the order and have not yet dispatched it, or contacted me to explain the delay. I have tried contacting you many times. I have today contacted the consumer rights line with Citizens Advice. You are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act. "Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Time is essential. Please deliver the item without undue delay."
