Great service. Great people. The material I requested in my on line order wasn’t in stock and Jack told me there wasn’t an ETA from the manufacturer. He had material to substitute that was acceptable and supplied a matching color thread as well. He also called me and provided the shipping info as well as sending me e-mail confirmation. All vendors should operate this well!
