I ordered a £500+ phone on Sunday the 22th March, order no #800061561, I also paid extra for Express shipping. I have not received a tracking number yet. I've tried emailing several time to ask if my phone has been shipped and still no reply. Update: So six days after i placed my order (28th) the item has not been shipped yet. They gave me a tracking number that says 'Shipment information received' which just means that they notify DHL about an item they need to sent, so basically nothing, i asked DHL and they do not have the item yet. Support refused to give me a refund because they claim the item ''is on its way''.
