Still no order received after 7 weeks
Order placed on December 7th, we're at January 19th now and nothing has been delivered. In an e-mail exchange the reason that was given is that my address was not known, even though you have to fill that during check-out... Anyways, I supplied my address again January 2nd, fast forward 2.5 weeks and I haven't seen any updates, no track & trace, nothing.
