No Order Received and No Response to Emails
I placed an order for 1 bottle of Zidac hand sanitizer on 18/3/2020. No confirmation email was sent and I have no order number. I have sent three emails to Mr Pets but there has been no reply. Money for the order was deducted from my account on 19/3/2020 despite no communication at all from Mr Pets and I am now contacting my bank. Do not buy from this company - use a reputable one!!! Thanks for your reply. The product has arrived today and looks good.
