When my dog hurt his leg and I submitted all documentation, this company denied the coverage even being applied to the deductible. ASPCA claims that they never received the information from the vet and when I spoke to the vet, they forwarded the email. After six months I am canceling this coverage. They only steal your money and offer zero value.
