Great service and great clothing!
I am delighted to write this review about my experience with Cherley. Their customer service is impressive. I ordered a dress that I was changing my mind about (buyer’s remorse). After a quick response from a customer representative (via email), I was grateful that they eased my reservations about my order. They even offered a discount for my next purchase. But most importantly, I was very pleased with the quality of the dress I bought, and how prompt I received the order (it didn’t take very long). I definitely went back to order again using my discount. After my first experience (and 1st purchase), I was happy to shop with Cherley again (with or without receiving a discount).
