I ordered 2 bikes. Both arrived in a week. Easy to put together (2 hours each - I took my time, easily within an hour). The C29 is super fast and well made. I've been up mountains and does the job well. Battery needed charging after 3 rides. Battery gauge stopped working after 1 ride, that was coz I made some adjustments on the programme and the customer service was very quick to help - an email and the team respond quickly - and a quick reset and all sorted. The free panniers have not arrived yet but the customer services confirmed exactly where they were and are on way. Confident should any other issues arise they are here to help.
