Wrong plug.
Have ordered several tymo products and gifted a couple but this time I ordered the duo with the UK plug. One product came with a UK plug and the other with a 2 pin plug. I was advised they would not rectify this and given a 10 dollar voucher or offered to return the product for a refund at my own cost. I had previously bought this particular styler with the UK plug for my mum and it is still available to order with the UK plug despite Tymo advising it is only the 2 pin plug available. I won't be buying any more of their products going forward.
