Natalia got us straightened out
Natalia got us straightened out, after several other agents were not able to. She ran several checks and went the extra mile. I'd offer 5 stars if the rest of the team were as good as she. She actually took our call on Friday night (her time) before leaving for the day. We appreciate her thorough attention to all the details. Thanks!
