I ordered close to 3 years ago a ring the crush on you heart one. One of the heart gemstones broke off as one of the things holding it snapped. I was within the 2 years warranty at the time, when I complained to them I was told it can’t be fixed by them and nothing they could do… No word about replacement or any help whatsoever. Their warranty means nothing as they don’t help or abide by it and a ring I wore maybe once a week though they say their rings could be worn everyday broke so easily… Wouldn’t order again, not a company you can trust and quality isn’t as good as they say either. I didn’t wear it everyday which you specified you can, I wore it once a week max, sometimes not for weeks and when the bit broke off I wasn’t doing anything for it to happen so obviously it was a manufacturing defect, it happened 1.5 years into having it. Your warranty should cover more if you back your products especially since a lot of other brands like regal rose I have rings for years never broke. If anyone is reading my review think twice before ordering with this business, their products are not good for the price point and other brands who do crystal jewellery are better. Just to add to this review, moon magic actually reported my review for defamatory content even though everything I said was the truth to try and get my review down so nobody would see it. That’s horrible to lie like that as a business, do that so my review was removed so others can’t see it and my voice silenced as a previous customer. Definitely would never shop with this business again now. This will be my last reply. Your previous message told me it’s out of warranty and good luck, now suddenly you want to help though you reported my review…doesn’t seem like you want to help at all really only shut me up. You just want to look good to other customers. I don’t need or want your help anymore. I asked for help when I was in warranty and was fobbed off by you.
