Ordered a custom phone cover from Customitfy.com with family pictures for my daughter for xmas and the quality of the pictures on the phone case is terrible. I emailed customer service stating how dissatisfied I am and all I get is back in forth about a discount and no mention of a refund dispite 5 request with each email back in forth. I should have gone with Shutterfly! Don't use Customitfy unless you want to be highly disappointed.
