Needs Improvement
Was disappointed about the dress I ordered. Didn't realize it was a pre-order item. Intended to wear it to a special event. Also, communications are not very clear. I ask a question and don't get a satisfactory answer. Even this survey. I don't know how to take a screenshot. So i probably won't get the $50 coupon. Love the items I see, but don't think I'll be a customer for long. Also takes to long to get the items.
