I placed an order on 6/1, received a confirmation of sending my order to the warehouse on 6/2, and received a tracking numbers on 6/11. They keep you posted with the photos of my order to make sure I will receive what I ordered. Very prompt, professional and trustworthy. I can't wait to actually receive my bag! Great selections and prices made it difficult to just buy one (I bought 4!)
