Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered a charger, and it arrived after 2 weeks. When it finally came, they sent a charger that was not suitable for UK use. I contacted customer service, but they only said the after-sales team would get back to me. I’m still waiting with no update. I would rather buy from a trusted platform like Amazon in future.
