Poor sales tactics and site not working well
You hyped the COVID-19 course in your email so after I renew I find out it’s only a 1 credit hour course. Really? I don’t think it will cover it all in enough detail? I did start the course but the site froze up after I went through the first two pages of text. If it happens again I’ll be looking for a refund.
