I purchased Windows 10 and Microsoft Office combo for $70. Windows 10 wasn't needed, I asked for a partial refund or possibly another code since I had to purchase another computer, they refunded me $11. Wow! Didn't know Windows 10 only cost $11. Be very careful with them. Customer service STINKS, very DISAPPOINTED!
