Appalling service
I am pulling my hair out communicating with this company. DO NOT USE. - Upgraded shipping to 3-6 days (at a cost) for two orders. - Shipping not updated, contacted customer service. - Customer service assured me that one of my orders has been dispatched and will reach me in time but the other has not yet been dispatched. - Tried to get a straight answer out of customer service over the dispatch date and was told 'the products are made from scratch' to justify the delay....So? Even with the advertised preparation time and shipping it should still arrive to me before the date stated. - Asked for straight answer again and had my second order cancelled. Asking too much of the company was I? I wonder if I'll get a refund for the speedy shipping too? - Order that has been dispatched is now showing as arriving at least 3 days after the supposed'3- 6 days'. Order Number has been provided but I expect nothing but more excuses from JJ's House.
