Avoid, another Chinese webshop what can not keep their promises
Advertised as being delivered in 3 to 7 days, but found out after placing the order the processing time is 3 to 7 business days and on top of that is there an 4 to 10 business days delivery time frames. They advertised Christmas jumpers, but are unable to deliver them before Christmas due to stock issues as to their customer service. This while the order was placed on the 1st of December. I have asked three times to cancel and refund the order when they confirmed the order would be delayed, after chasing an update myself after 7 business days had passed, but that request was ignored every time and just excuses were send. A chargeback will be done and delivery denied when it will be send, as their return address is in China and they will not provide return labels.
