Started the process of exchange last month sent multiple emails & now this week got the response only to pay to have the replacement shipped. Helping to buy these for a friend really was difficult then the email for shipping said 9.99 but the only way I could complete it was to pay over $16 so now it looks like I'm also pay for a difference in cost on top of that. But my friend has waited for a month for her boots and I don't want to delay it anymore Reason I chose this business: I have my own pair and love them Reason I chose this product: Friend wanted the same but the initial size we got was a bit too small
