Beware Scammers Fraudster Beware Scammers Fraudster If you received a faulty Item and you want a Repleacment ( Good luck ) Customer service well tell you to send everything back including the free gifts just for a replacement ( its the company policy she tell you ) after doing more research the return address is a repair address of a third party. you going to have to keep chasing after Huawei for your replacement or refund again good luck. customer service is going to call you to tell you that they only received the faulty laptop and that is going to be the only call you going to get from them. its been 6 weeks now still No Replacement, Refund or any communication. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! SCAMMERS
