I would leave 0 stars but there is no… I would leave 0 stars but there is no option. In order to get my phone repaired and retain the warranty it has to be with a company who insist that in order to get this done I agree to the fact that my phone may come back to me in a worse condition than it went out. I can't agree to part of a disclaimer, only the whole thing which means they can do whatever they want, cause whatever damage they want and that I have absolutely no recourse. Having spoken with Huawei themselves they have ignored me, hung up on me, kept me holding for hours, made promised call backs, called me a ***** and more. There customer service is an absolute joke, the people working there are rude and insulting, anyone using this company is putting there sanity at risk. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Many have problems with the customer service and there is a clear reason why, they don't offer any. Ridiculous customer service from a ridiculous company. STAY WELL CLEAR.
