This company is a SCAM outfit
This company is a SCAM outfit. Please please don’t make the mistake I did. Also trading as Floricy and other names - many other reviews stating same. They advertise on TikTok and when you place an order send the wrong (and appalling) items. When you contact them they say you cannot have a refund despite clearly showing (with photos) the disparity of what you ordered and then received. They will not acknowledge it’s their error and state if you want a refund you have to return the item at your own cost to China - knowing customers simply will not as the cost is likely greater. I paid £35 for jeans that I may aswell have thrown in the bin. Reported to PayPal and they are looking into it. It’s a continual scam using a range of company names. Please don’t waste your money.
