Communication issues
So far the website says "shipping in 24 hours" We either don't have the same conception of time, or I misread something. Nonetheless, not communicating anything except the "order confirmed" after 3 business days, is not really the kind of practices that can be found in the "good business" drawer. EDIT : they actually responded after I filed a complaint on Paypal and I got a full refund very fast. I was offered a coupon, but not quite sure I trust fully to spend my money there to be honest. Communication is floppy except to ask to edit your review on Trustpilot... You guys need to work on that. Thanks, no thanks.
