Literally used by credit card scammers.
Literally used by credit card scammers. Had my debit card fraudulently used here. Contacted their support team and they were less than helpful. I told them that I contacted my financial institution regarding the fraudulent charge (among several other merchants) and to see if they can help with refunding the fraudulent charge. Their response? "If you believe your card has been fraudulently charged please contact your financial institution." Honestly, I'd never heard about this site previously, and doing some searching I'm wondering if they are purposefully turning a blind eye to fraud on their platform and hoping that they can get away with it. Rest assured I will pursue every legal avenue if needed to reverse the fraudulent charges. edit: I see the response from epal.gg - first, thank you for the reply. But the customer service from this company was not helpful at all. I was only able to get refunded by my bank after going through them and my local police station.
