Mediocre quality, inflexible return policy, misleading product descriptions
Mediocre quality products at best. Overpriced for what you get. They do not accept returns for products that you don't end up liking, so it's a gamble that you'll get end up with a product that actually looks like what they advertise and want to keep it. I spent $90 on plugs (and that price is after I found a discount count), and none of what showed up on my doorstep looked anything like what I ordered. Yes, of course natural materials will vary in pattern and color (duh), but their products are grossly misrepresented. Beware.
