Terrible service, terrible quality
Terrible service, terrible quality, terrible products, don’t waste your time. I ordered a jacket in December, received it at the end of January, it was the wrong size and very cheaply made. I took the risk of paying to return it on 1/29, I received my “replacement” jacket on 4/19 and it was the EXACT same jacket I returned. 4 months to send me the original jacket. Customer service is a joke, I received multiple shipping dates and was told it had been shipped multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money it’s been a complete hassle and pain. **update 5/2/2020 - The company never replied to any of my emails about the wrong item sent and how I could get the actual item that I wanted. I have sent 5 messages without a single response, after emailing you receive a message you’ll get a response in 24 hours...., please don’t waste your time, money, and patience with this company
