Battery dead after only 12 months - but Tribit replaced it for free!
(UPDATE 2/8/2023 Tribit replaced it with a new one! Wow, great customer service.) Exactly 12 months after purchase, my wife's Tribit XSound Go Bluetooth speaker stopped working because the battery would no longer accept a charge. That's unacceptable. In comparison, my Sony SRS-XB2 from 2017 still works.
