My order was placed on Feb 29th, it is not here yet and hasn’t been shipped, I need it ASAP I understand that you needed 10 days max to prepare it, that would’ve been March 10th and then an extra 7 days to deliver, but it is not even shipped I need it for an event!!! I don’t have the tracking number Order No. CH00327086 If it doesn't arrive this week, I am asking PayPal for my money back.
