Update after respons 06-12-2025. I just want to return the product it was not because of extra custom fees but the product in total combined with my Valerion pro 2. I have been waiting for 4 months now, nothing about the return proces has been shared. So no cooperation until now. ______________________________ Received the floor rising projector screen but I did not like the proce/quality. I wanted to return the unit but they still after months are not informing me about the return procedure. They did call me and tried to change my mind but I responded that I did not like the product and now I have been waiting months for the return procedure. I now have escaleded it as well with PayPal. Bad. Customer service for a pricey product.
