Technical issues
I paid for 1 year access to 4 FTCE materials. My account is currently not accessible and there is no customer service phone number to contact about it. I am at the mercy of an email reply and they have not responded to my messages. In response to your reply, your troubleshooting is not helping. You also took a long time to respond to me. You don't answer the phone that is in your email response. You only replied when you saw this review. Please issue a refund. Update: My technical issue was not resolved. However, they issued a full refund. Had I not experienced the technical issue I would have a given a 5 for the product.
