What a complete shambles of a company. Ordered numerous items 20/11/2020,money taken out of my account same day. A ring sent. NOT ordered. When asked why,I was informed it was a gift to see if address was correct!!!!! Still waiting despite numerous Emails sent to them always excuses. Asked for money to be returned told 5-7 days now told have to wait another 15-25 days ARGHHHH
