Problem with GeniusRx contacting my Dr office
Placed an order for three maintenance medications I was on. I selected to have GeniusRx contact my doctors office for the needed scripts. After a few days the status of my order did not change from needing a script from my doctor. I call GeniusRx. After a few minutes holding for a representative I was disconnected. This happened multiple times. Next I email GeniusRx asking for assistance to understand the problem getting a script from my doctors office. Never answered my email. I tried a chat with GeniusRx and after a 15 minute wait got a person. This person could not find my records until I pointed out they were misspelling my last name. GeniusRx has great prices vs my insurance co-pay. I will resubmit my order and contact my Dr office to have a script send to GeniusRx
