Not received order
Very strange company. Bought a tripod a few months back, it arrived very quickly with no problems and it worked fine. Ordered the exact same tripod a month back (as I use a slider so I want to balance it with 2 tripods). Now I sent 3 emails to them but they don't reply. I am getting no updates whatsoever about the shipment of this item. It was supposed to take 7-15 days. Its been almost 20 days now and the tracking still says: 'Arrived at Sort Facility in Shenzhen'. Strange that theres such a big difference in shipping while I bought the exact same product. Order Number: KF-ORDER-9-98303
