Zero customer service. Stuck with broken product.
We purchased a WaterLovers Distiller (not cheap!) from H2O labs (UK), perhaps around 8 months ago or so. After a month of use, the filter tray melted under the heat generated by the product and can no longer be used. As the product comes with 'warranty' we tried to reach out to H2O labs and have been trying to get in touch ever since. They don't respond to emails, the phone doesn't go through. Absolutely ZERO customer service. We tried to get PayPal involved but had unfortunately exceeded the time allowed to raise a claim. We are now stuck with an expensive distiller that doesn't have a filter. I would avoid this company if possible and buy your product elsewhere. From my research it seems I am not the only customer who has had this experience with this product (and subsequent awful customer service from H20 labs). So much for the 'warranty' that is offered on the product. Non existent customer service.
