Order paid but never received. I cannot contact the company directly
Hi, I placed an order on 14 April 2020. I paid, but dit not receive the order. It´s also not in my list of orders when I log in to an account. The only way to contact MiniInTheBox directly is through an order number, and there is literally no way to contact the company otherwise. No e-mail address, no phone number. I did receive a ton of marketing related spam e-mails though. Very poor service. @MiniIntheBox: please let me know what went wrong here and when I will receive my order. Regards, Juliette
