Awful customer service
Awful customer service! The contacts I purchased are fine but when I received my order it was missing one pair of contacts that appeared to have shipped with the rest of my order. No big deal it was probably just a mistake so I reached out to let them know. I don't even think they bothered to look at what they had claimed to have shipped and just gave me a rudely worded response about how the contacts I was inquiring about aren't able to be shipped and that there is a notice on their site about it. Well that's nice but my shipping info stated that they were shipped with the rest of my order. Won't be buying from them again since they were rude and not helpful in any way. Edit: They are liars as well as rude. No help has been received and now they are trying to charge me shipping on an order they didn't do correctly.
