Very good software and excellent support team
(first, I want to insist that I am in no way related to Digiarty or have any link with the software developers. Only a French customer using the product for years) Very good product and amazing support. I had issues at the beginning with hardware accelerated encoding, user support was excellent, always answering my questions and asking for screenshots and explanations, to provide advices and updated versions. This piece of software allows me to transcode almost any video material I have been gathering for years (old Dv footage etc). It will process almost any format (still missing the very old SVCD format to be 100% satisfied as I have old SVCDs built from family tapes that I really would like to be able to transcode today) All in all, I highly recommend the software considering the low price. It is a real Swiss knife for video handling.
