AVOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE SERVICE Bought the pro version only to find it wouldn't run properly on my mac. Contacted support, sent them specs of my machine and was told that my machine was underpowered. As reported by other users in the reviews below they palmed me off over several days asking me to try multiple different settings and still the software ran very very slowly or simply crashed at random times. I asked for a refund as per their 30 day money-back guarantee only to be asked multiple more questions about my machine spec and software settings. Then they told me that the 30 day refund does not apply in some instances. What a complete joke!! Total disregard of any distance selling legislation. Have copied all communication to my bank requesting a chargeback as these guys do not refund as promised. Read the other reviews about how bad they are and don't waste your cash!
