Want to buy a cordless sander but needed to know about spare parts that may need to be replaced so asked them by e mail.The reply took 3 days from somebody named Max I am sure Maz is a computer. The answer was to ask were I had bought it from.Wrong answer and useless. I asked again and 3days still no answer
