Not completely satisfying experience!
I was a first buyer and I didn't get a good service since I purchased a gift card and the code couldn't be redeemed. And I was needed to file a complaint but it really took so much time. And I had to complaint to the other platforms first until they speed up my pending report. I also checked it with Google play support specialist to help me. And turned out my code couldn't be found on their system. Just imagine you are a first buyer, expecting your gift card to get this issue. Of course I would think it's a fake code. After a whole week waiting and just after I complaint on other platform, they soon fixed it. And it turned out a typo code. That was so unprofessional and dangerous. I was giving a 1 star because of the unprofessional treatment of the customer service live chat and admin support and also the slow handling. But since they finally gave me a correct code I gave them 2 star. Because it's really an unpleasant experience buying here. Could be better so you won't lose customers.
