Amazing results, beautiful books
The quality of these books are beyond amazing! The pictures, the story, the end result are worth the ordering process immensely and they are worth every single penny! I have ordered 3 books and each one has been emotional for the recipient. Truly incredible and for this I’ve given 4 stars, I recently wrote a scathing review which I have deleted and the reason why is because I wanted to be fair to the company, I had ordered the books for Father’s Day and they did not arrive on time this had left me saddened, however the company did reach out to me to rectify this, and they refunded me the cost of the books because I did not receive them in the timeframe I had been assured I would, I understand in busy periods this can happen so I advise anyone with special occasions to make sure you order early enough because it really is worth taking that time to make sure they are here as gifts they are the best gifts to give, just be aware that delays may happen. I did receive my refund but I also received the books and I was so so happy I didn’t feel the previous review was a fair reflection as I am not a disgruntled customer at all now. They did all they could to help the loss of star is simply for the delay as without it this is a 5 star product all across the board and highly recommended!!!!!
