Excellent Shirts, Great Customer Service
I ordered a ridiculously brightly patterned shirt for my office Xmas Bash from these lovely folks; when it arrived, it proved to be of superb quality and exactly as advertised. There was one problem - it was too small, and this was entirely my fault; I'd obviously gained more weight than I thought I had, ahem, and over-optimistically ordered the wrong size. When I mentioned this in an email to their customer service, tentatively asking if I could return it and have the next size up, they offered to send the correct size for free. I was very very touched with this offer, which exemplifies the sort of customer service we always want but rarely get! I've used these guys before (for - yes! - another outlandish Xmas shirt!) and the quality is excellent. However, their outstanding customer service has been the icing on the cake and means that I will happily continue to buy from them. In fact I think I'll start collecting loud Xmas shirts ...
