Would give no stars if I could! St Helens store is just awful! Young kids (ok I get they’re probably on a very basic wage!) with absolutely no customer service skills…..not even common manners! You could see they really didn’t want to be there. I spent £120 in the store, £70 in vouchers and the rest cash. I got home to realise I had been over charged £10 so went back the next day. I explained, had my receipt as proof but THE MANAGER refused to give me the cash back and insisted I had a voucher. In the end I had to accept but as it was their mistake I don’t think I should have. There was no apology for the mistake and in fact, the manager shouted sarcastically “have a nice day” as I walked away! I really don’t think that’s acceptable. Do not shop in this store!
