No customer support
Ordered a game, tracked the shipment. Says it was delivered, yet I never received it. I have reached out several times to the customer support to help me file a claim with UPS (yes UPS has messed up here as well) but I have received zero response from everydayedeals. UPS says the sender is the responsible one for making the claim. I can't even get a refund for a product that I never received. I am happy to change my rating if someone would reach out and make this right.
