I am furious and need to share my terrible experience with this store. In September, I bought an Easun 4KW Off Grid Inverter 24V MPPT with WiFi BMS activation, shipped from EUROPE. But when the item finally arrived, I was sent the cheapest version without the WiFi module, making it impossible to track anything. I immediately reached out to the seller, who unbelievably told me to find a service to update the firmware myself! This ridiculous solution involved disassembling the item, using Chinese software without English instructions, and buying two additional wires. Are you kidding me? I don't have the skills to do this! The seller then promised to send a new motherboard. I reluctantly agreed, but what do I get? A fake tracking number! Since then, the seller has continuously ignored all my messages. This seller is completely untrustworthy. I do not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this store at all costs!
