I chose to pay for 2 day delivery and they waited a day and half to send my part. It came late because of that and I had to make other arrangements. I communicated to them that I should be reimbursed for the expedited delivery charge and they never responded. They really don’t care after they’ve collected your money.
We had an amazing experience in Morocco--the Experience It team is simply the best through all phases of the trip. Planning through the corporate office was personalized and used our feedback to create the perfect itinerary. Our guide was not only a great driver and knowledgeable about just about everything Moroccan, but he was completely tuned in to our frame of mind and needs throughout the trip. Our Riads, the restaurants, the day tours, the cooking class--it just never fell short of being anything less than wonderful.
