Acting unlawfully
DMCC act 2024 'it is now a requirement by law to send a timely reminder ahead of auto renewal dates.' Pixlr have acted illegally and have taken £68.23 from my account without prior warning. Not only this but also did not warn me of a price increase either. I am awaiting an email responce and a refund!! *update* they refuse to refund and have totally ignored the DMCC Act 2024. Nice consumer care!! *update After writing this I was offered a 11month partial refund , it really should have been 12 months but for arguments sake I let them have it. Good to get it sorted in the long run.
